Stupid Criminals: Woman Stabs Boyfriend For Starting Thanksgiving Dinner Without Her

In this edition of Stupid Criminals we find a woman really pissed about missing the beginning of Thanksgiving dinner.

According to The Smoking Gun, 47-year-old Jack-Lyn Blake of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania spent her Thursday afternoon abiding by the fine Thanksgiving tradition of getting drunk.  Then she got into an argument with her 45-year-old boyfriend Benjamin Smith, and took a nap.

But while Jack-Lyn was still passed out, Benjamin started Thanksgiving dinner without her.

When Jack-Lyn woke up around 6:30 P.M. and realized Benjamin had started Thanksgiving dinner without her, she lost it.  She grabbed a knife and started chasing him around the table with it.

Eventually she caught up with him and stabbed him in the chest.

She was arrested on several charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, reckless endangerment, and making terroristic threats.  Benjamin was treated at the hospital with a non-life-threatening stab wound.
