Stupid Criminals: Woman Stabs Boyfriend For Not Having Morning Sex With Her

In this edition of Stupid Criminals, we find a man who just wants to sleep and a woman who decided to take a knife to him for that decision.

According to Daytona Beach News-Journal, 46-year-old Jose Vega-Hernandez of Deltona, Florida was asleep around 6:00 A.M. on Saturday when his 37-year-old girlfriend Yanilca Ortiz-Burgos hopped on top of him for some wake-up sex.

But he was too tired, and told her he just wanted to sleep.  Only she wouldn't get off of him, so he pushed her off.  That's when she punched him, and then grabbed a knife and stabbed him in the stomach.

She was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and child abuse for stabbing him in front of a nine-year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 17-year-old.
