Stupid Criminals: Woman Pulls Gun on Gardener Because His Leaf Blower Made Too Much Noise

In this edition of Stupid Criminals, we find a woman who flipped out because a man was blowing grass clipping off the sidewalk at her apartment complex.

According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, 26-year-old Gina Briggs of Ormond Beach, Florida was in her apartment on Monday morning, when she heard a gardener outside using a leaf blower to get some grass clippings off the sidewalk.

Apparently the sound of the leaf blower just pushed her over the edge.

So she grabbed her gun, stormed outside, pointed the gun in the gardener's face, and told him he was making too much noise.

The gardener took off running, hid behind his truck, and called the cops.

Briggs was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

While the cops were taking her to jail, she told them, "I should've [effing] shot the guy in the head for waking me up but I forgot to load the [effing] gun."
