A Man Named Donald Popadick is Arrested For Flashing People

You just can't make this stuff up.

According to the Ottawa Sun, around 9:00 A.M. this past Tuesday, a 62-year-old man in Ottawa, named Donald Popadick, was arrested for flashing people in a park.

Reports indicate that this was not a one time incident either since several people have reported being flashed at that same park over the past few weeks.

Popadick was charged with committing an indecent act in public, and was arraigned on Wednesday.

There is no word on what kind of jail time he could be looking at.
