Stupid Criminals: Guy Asks to be Put in Jail Because His “Privates Were Out of Control”
In this edition of Stupid Criminals we find a man who asks to be put in jail after having sex with a donkey.
According to Marshfield News Herald, 21-year-old Gideon Swartzentruber of Neillsville, Wisconsin was busted in September for having sex with a female donkey.
When the cops got there, he told them his "privates were out of control," so he was charged with one misdemeanor count of sexual gratification with an animal.
He got one year of probation, which seems like a pretty good deal. But it was a deal he decided he just couldn't take.
He went back to court last week and asked the judge to revoke the probation, and put him in jail instead. He didn't say why, but it seems the danger posed by his "out of control" privates seems to be the most likely reason.
The judge agreed, and sentenced him to 30 days in jail.
