Stupid Criminals: Elementary School Teacher Arrested For Bringing Pot-Laced Food to a Potluck Dinner

This teacher obviously took the term "potluck" a totally different way than intended.

According to SFGate.com, a potluck dinner was planned on November 21st in an elementary school in Benicia, California, a suburb of San Francisco.

Teresa Badger, a 47-year-old teacher at the school, brought her dish to the dinner loaded with marijuana. The specifics of what kind of dish she brought was not disclosed.

Unfortunately, no one noticed until they ate the dish and started feeling weird.  One of them brought some leftovers home to their 15-year-old, who ended up getting sick.

Two other people were also hospitalized suffering from chest pains.

Teresa was arrested this past Friday and charged with intentionally lacing the food with marijuana, which is a felony.  She is currently being held on $15,000 bail.
