Stupid Criminals: A Man Walks Into a Police Station Saying He Wants to Go to Jail and Begins Masturbating

In this edition of Stupid Criminals, we find a guy wanting to go to jail for some reason and gets his wish.

According to the Hartford Courant, 31-year-old Ruhan Karjohn of Hartford, Connecticut wanted to go to jail on Sunday.

So he walked into the lobby of a police station and asked if he had any warrants.  He didn't, so he went to plan B.

He announced loudly that he wanted to go to jail, then proceeded to drop his pants and started masturbating right there in the police station lobby.

The police report says, "Citizens in the lobby observed this and ran from the area in shock."

But it worked, he was arrested for public indecency and breach of peace, and locked up in jail.
