Stupid Criminals: A Man Masturbates on a Rack of Clothes at TJ Maxx

In this edition of Stupid Criminals, we find a guy that apparently likes to masturbate on clothes still on the rack at a store.

According to Bolton News, a 27-year-old man in Bolton, England went to a TJ Maxx last week, and started masturbating behind some clothes.

But someone spotted him, and called security to report a, "sex act."  By the time they got there it was too late, he had climaxed and damaged ten t-shirts.

He was arrested for outraging public decency, and we assume that TJ Maxx is trashing the shirts, even though they trade in damaged clothing, we are guessing that type of damage is just too much.

Also just as a side note, in England, TJ Maxx is technically called "TK Maxx".
