Stupid Criminals: A Man Attacks His Girlfriend Because He is Too Drunk to Have Sex

In this edition of Stupid Criminals, we find a guy who takes his limp penis out on his girlfriend.

According to The Smokinig Gun, Kevin McWhirt of Bradenton, Florida and his girlfriend Tabitha were out drinking on Wednesday night, then went home to have sex.

But Kevin couldn't get his penis to cooperate, it just stayed all soft and floppy.

So he and Tabitha got into an argument because of his performance issues and he wound up pushing her, and slapping her.

So she called the police, and he was arrested for battery.
