States That Will Get the Most Drunk This Summer

Drunkenness happens year round, but summer is the best time to get drunk and here are the best states to visit when you want to get hammered.

A company that makes a breathalyzer for phones called BACtrack analyzed their data to figure out a bunch of stats on summertime drunkenness.  Here are some highlights:

• The Fourth of July is the drunkest day of the summer, and July 3rd is second.
• The week leading up to July 4th is the drunkest week.
• The five states that get the most hammered in the summer are:

1. West Virginia. 
2. Nevada. 
3. Pennsylvania. 
4. Connecticut. 
5. Nebraska.

• The five states that stay the soberest are:

1. Kentucky.
2. Delaware.
3. Utah.
4. Missouri.
5. New Mexico.
