Spicy Sauce Ends Robbery

A 24-year-old man in Australia was foiled in his attempt to rob a take-out chicken restaurant by getting a face full of the spicy secret sauce made by the eatery. 

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, there was a dispute over payment of the check which led to the suspect trying to break into the register.

One of the employees called the police while the suspect punched another employee, but she retaliated by dumping a container of chili sauce on the suspect's head.

The robber dropped to the ground like he had been pepper sprayed.  Police arrived on the scene and arrested the man on a charge of assault with intent to rob.
