Reno, Nevada police arrested two crooks for "fixing" a woman's car with duct tape and spray paint, then trying to force her to pay for their work.

KOLO-TV reports police were called to a parking lot where two men were reportedly breaking in to a car.  Instead, investigators found the men trying to con a woman.

The crooks were reported to have conned her into them making a repair, then demanded more than a hundred bucks for their shoddy work.

Cops arrested both suspects with one of them being wanted on an outstanding warrant, having skipped out on a fraud arrest and a quarter million dollar bond.
