The NFL will return to Los Angeles in the 2016 season.

According to NFL.com, the NFL Owners have voted 30-2 to allow the Rams to relocate to Los Angeles where the team spent almost 50 years of their existence.  The Chargers also have the option to move to Los Angeles as well but have till January 17, 2017 to see if they can get a stadium deal from the San Diego area.

The Raiders are also in the mix to move to Los Angeles if the Chargers decide to stay in San Diego.

The NFL will also put up $100 million to either the Chargers or the Raiders to aid in a stadium deal in the city that does not relocate to Los Angeles.
