Police Catch Homeless Woman Using a Pool as a Bathtub and Lawn as Toilet

Cheryl Beauchamp of Palm Beach, Florida, was arrested after being caught on a homeowner's security system defecating in his backyard, then bathing in his pool.  

Ms. Beauchamp was charged with burglary and criminal mischief, according to local media reports.

She told police she was getting herself cleaned up to go to Washington, D.C. to "yell at President Obama."
