Paige Hathaway is the creator of fitin5.com which is a diet plan and workout regimen that will whip you into shape in 5 weeks. 5 weeks?! Isn’t there a 5 minute one we could start with? We’re sweating just thinking about it.
Our laziness aside, it looks like her routine works… and we mean really works. When Paige isn’t spending her time getting absolutely shredded in the gym, it appears that she enjoys soaking up that California sun by the pool, which is great for us because there are a bunch of pictures. Aaaaand we’re sweating again.
St. Louis, you guys were so much fun! Interacting with you guys on social media is awesome but meeting you all in person is absolutely perfect. Hugging you and listening to all your stories, it's such a magical feeling. I love you guys so much, oh and Happy Easter! – Traveling to NYC next weekend… Where should I go after that?
Happy Monday beautiful people. Let's set some new goals this week!! Spiritually, Mentally, Physically and in business. *Make new monthly goals at the beginning of each month. Setting small goals are what get you to achieve more greatness over time. Just imagine if you create 1-2 new habits a month in those 4 different areas of your life. Spiritually, Mentally, Physically and in Business. Once the month is up, don't quit at these new habits/goals. Keep practicing them but then implement 1-2 more monthly goals in each area the following month. If you implement this system you will have created and achieved nearly 100 new habits/ goals and a year. SPIRITUALLY 1) Pray everyday. 2) Read 1 page of devotional daily. PHYSICALLY 1) Increase my deadlift. 2) Stay consistent with bulking diet. MENTALLY 1) Read a new book this month 2) Write 1 new chapter of my book a week. I really don't do this enough, I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone reading this. Thank you for believing in me… Thank you for believing in yourself. I still get emotional when I hear you guys speak about all I've been able to help you with, whether it be motivation for your fitness journey or just life in general. You guys don't know how much it means to me! I only hope that I can continue to help push you when you feel like giving up, to mentor you when you need a little guidance and to make you laugh when you're feeling down… and in return you guys do the same for me! I don't wake up everyday feeling motivated. Some days I don't feel like working out and other days I struggle eating healthy. If I have a bad day, I most certainly do NOT let that bad day turn into a bad week, month or year. If you feel yourself slipping, STOP and evaluate your priorities. ➰Take a step back so you can see what needs to take place in order for you to continue reaching your goals. Don't allow yourself to keep slipping. This is where a pool of dissatisfaction with yourself and your life are waiting. Life is a "mind over matter" game. ➰Once you learn how to control your thoughts, magnificent things begin to happen. Of course hard work pays off and the results are fantastic but know that there are many sacrifices that have to be taken along the way. The process of setting goals and your journey to achieve them will test your true strengths. ➰There will be times when you question yourself and during this time you need to force yourself to look at the positive. Always reminding yourself that results and conquering your dreams dont happen over night. Be patient and stay consistent. What ever you put into the world will come to you. If you let this way of thinking sink in and keep your heart aiming for the stars, nothing will be impossible for you!
