Only 4% of People Think There is Still a Stigma on Divorce

Good news if you are unhappy in your marriage, its likely no one will hold it against you if you get divorced.

Of course it is bad news for your marriage, but no one will have much of a negative reaction or at least not according to a new survey.

Female First surveyed and found only 4% of people still think there is a negative stigma attached to divorce.

62% said it is definitely not at all taboo anymore to get divorced.

The age group reportedly that  is MOST likely to think it is taboo is surprisingly in their late 20's and early 30's.  Possibly it's because people in that age group are more likely to get married right now so they have to believe that marriage is forever.

The survey also asked what age was the best age to get married.  The average age was 28.
