Midland History
One of my good friends at our news partner, Newswest 9, did a special report on the 49th anniversary of the Turner Murder from the 60's that rocked the residents of Midland. This happened a couple years before I was born, but I do remember as a kid going to the Museum of the Southwest on various field trips for school and hearing the tales of the upstairs area where Mrs. Turner was found murdered.
