New Mexico's Meow Wolf is doing their part to make the current government shutdown easier for furloughed federal employees. The partial government shutdown is now the second-longest in US history and many federal employees are worried about how long they will be left not working, or working without pay. New Mexico's immersive art experience Meow Wolf wants to help out those federal workers by giving them something to do while the government is still shut down. For the duration of the US government shutdown, Meow Wolf will be offering free admission to their Santa Fe location for any federal employee. All you have to do is show your photo ID or badge at the entrance to get in. Meow Wolf is hoping that other businesses will follow their example and also offer free or discounted services and goods to federal employees affected by the shutdown.

Meow Wolf is located at 1352 Rufina Circle in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Meow Wolf is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Meow Wolf is closed on Tuesdays. Call for more information (505) 395-6369.
