OK, this HAS to be fake.

This dude's head is freakin' upside down!

Other than the video and pictures of him looking a little doctored, there is a myriad of other reasons that it has to be fake.

This is Claudio Vieira de Oliveira, a 37-year-old Brazil man.

He was supposedly born with a rare genetic disorder that left him without the use of his limbs. Oh, and his HEAD IS UPSIDE DOWN.

One of the main reasons we think that this is fake is because we would have heard about this before now is that we would have seen pictures of Claudio as a baby.
