When an idiot pulls out a gun in a situation that really does not warrant such deadly force, you can only hope it works out like this one did.

WTKR-TV in Norfolk, Virginia reports that on Tuesday Night, 43-year-old Rhonney Jacobs was speeding through his neighborhood while a few of his neighbors were outside and yelled at him to slow down because kids were playing in the area.

Rhonney made a u-turn, pulled over, got out of his car with his gun, and started storming over toward his neighbors to confront them when the gun went off and shot him in the groin.

He was taken to the hospital, where he is recovering, but will be facing charges of discharging and brandishing a firearm.
