Man is Busted for Having Sex With a Pool Toy…AGAIN

In August of 2011, 34-year-old Edwin Tobergta of Hamilton, Ohio, was arrested for having sex with an inflatable pool toy, and this week he was arrested again for the same offense.

The Smoking Gun reports that a neighbor of Tobergta saw him walk out of his house fully naked and throw a inflatable pool toy on the ground and began humping it.

The same neighbor reported him to police 2 years ago doing the exact same thing.

He did it in broad daylight and with children nearby.

After an investivgation, Tobergta was arrested on one felony count of public indecency.
