According to Philstar, 46-year-old Federico Ilustrico of Mandaue City and his wife got into an argument over whether she was cheating on him.

So he decided to get revenge on her and win the fight, by cutting off his own penis.

He was not able to cut it off in one try with a knife so he got a razor blade to finish off the job.

He was rushed to the hospital, but police and rescue workers were not able to find his penis anywhere.
