Lil Rock Band Cover Guns N’ Roses’ ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ – Best of YouTube

Well, they’re sweet children of someone! This video from 2011 shows a group called the Lil Rock Band, which is comprised of kids aging between 11 and 15. One of the youngest looking members even pulls double duty handling rhythm guitar and vocals!

Rather than trying to mimic Axl Rose‘s voice (although he does have Axl’s red hair), the singer works within his impressive range to nail the Guns N’ Roses classic. The lead guitarist misses a few notes on the solo, but, hey, not everyone is Slash! Regardless, these kids do an impressive job at taking on a classic and the audience seemed to think so too!
