Let the Voting Begin! “Best Chicken Fried Steak in West Texas”

You’ve had your say West Texas and now it’s time to vote! We gathered up the entries for “Best Chicken Fried Steak in West Texas”  and narrowed it down to 11, it’s up to you to vote for the top 5.

We kept the entries to restaurants that were non-commercial and within 2 ½ hours driving time from Midland/Odessa Texas.  It just so happens that I recently ate at Back in the Day Café here in Midland and was able to try their chicken fried steak and yes Jesus, it was GOOD!!! You can see the live video I took of Chris’s reaction to trying it on the KBAT Facebook page and a picture of the plate before it was inhaled.
