Is Richard Simmons a Metalhead?

Metalheads come in all shapes and sizes, but even we are surprised at times at some of the people sharing their metaldom for the world to see. The latest is fitness guru Richard Simmons, who showed off his metal side in a new video posted to his Facebook page.

We do know that Simmons loves his rock 'n' roll as he's done his fair share of workout videos over the years utilizing rock music. In the new video posted online, it could be inferred that Simmons is ready to rock again as he posted the caption, "Sweat, hugs and rock n roll!" along with the video of him wearing metal make-up and donning a cross necklace, tank top and cross-covered spandex pants.

While it's not exactly revealed what Simmons is up to wearing his metal gear, we definitely give props to the fitness guru for proudly displaying his rock influences and taking a make-up nod from Alice Cooper. Check out the video below:
