54-year-old Brent Justice from Houston, Texas has been convicted of creating and distributing videos of puppies, chickens and kittens being tortured and killed.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Sim handed down the a guilty verdict to Brent Justice of three counts of producing and one count of distributing what's is known as 'animal crush videos.'

The U.S. Attorney's Office say co-defendant 25-year-old Ashley Nicole Richards was scantily dressed in the torture videos. Prosecutors say Richards 'engaged in sexully charged dialogue meant to arouse the viewer.' According to court records, Brent Justics was the cameraman.

During the proceedings on Monday, Ashley Richards testified that Brent Justice marketed and distributed the videos. She received a 10-year prison term. Brent Justice faces seven years in prison on each count and up to $250,000 in fines.
