Half of People Avoid Having Guests Over Because Their House is a Mess

A new survey says 47% of people avoid having friends and family over because their house is messy.

According to the Daily Mail, it's not just about the mess but it is about stained carpets, cracked walls, and bad decorating also.

26% of people say they have never hosted a party because of it.

The survey found most people are most embarrassed by the state of their bedroom, followed by the bathroom and living room.

Also, 31% of single people say their house or apartment is so bad, it is hurting their sex life.  But apparently those were all women because when sex is a possibility, men will not let their messy place get in the way of sex.

Only 6% of single men say they have regretted bringing a woman home to their messy place, even if she was disgusted by it.
