Guy Who Had Sex With a Couch Pleads Guilty to Having Sex With a Couch

Last September, a 46-year-old man in Wisconsin was busted for having sex with a couch.  This past week he officially pleaded guilty. 

According to The Smoking Gun, Gerard Streator of Waukesha, Wisconsin was busted for humping an old couch someone had left on a curb near his apartment.  An off-duty cop was jogging past him and observed him thrusting aggressively.

The charge originally was lewd and lascivious behavior, which could have been a nine month prison sentence, but he eventually worked out a plea deal.

He officially pleaded guilty to misdemeanor public lewdness and got five months in jail, but the sentence is suspended as long as he stays clean during his one year of probation.
