Gas Caper Goes Wrong, Thief Torches Truck and Nearly Himself [VIDEO]

An unknown suspect set fire to his Ford Explorer and nearly himself last Thursday night when his attempt to steal gas failed in Magnolia, TX.

Surveillance video from cameras on a U-Haul lot captured the suspect driving along side the rental truck and then attempting to siphon gas from the tank when something goes wrong and sets his vehicle on fire and almost himself.
