Free 4th of July Fireworks Display

First off, I already know. The picture I chose is dumb. Why the hell would anyone video a fireworks display? I assure you, unless you're at Disney World, you will NEVER re-watch it and no one else cares. That's not the point of this post though.

I always like to see fireworks on the actual 4th of July. Some people do it the weekend before and the weekend after but not me. Luckily there is a huge all day event at Hogan Park in Midland on the 4th of July. Star Spangled Tribute has become quite the big deal over the years. Food Trucks, live music, bounce houses, games, and an extensive 20 minute fireworks show that is quite literally non-stop. Once it starts, there's not a moment there isn't an explosion in the sky until it's over. The best part is, it's free! That and they are letting yo park at Claydesta Plaza and a shuttle will run you to the event and bring you back.

I know Tawny and I will be there. Hope to see you and the family there too.
