Today is Super Bowl Sunday which is a day to hang out with friends and family for some good ol' American Football, but it can be stressful too.

According to Live Science, here are four ways for super fanatics to stay calm during the game.

  1. Exercise before the game starts.  This will help lower your stress level and keep you calm throughout the game.
  2. Don't drink too much.  Relax and have a good time, but don't overdo it.
  3. Keep your TV volume low.  Loud noises tend to agitate people.
  4. Be aware of who you are with.  If you are in a place full of people pulling for the opposite team you are, that could cause conflicts and stress.

There are some hints to help make your Super Bowl Sunday as stress free as it can be.
