Football Team Honors Grieving Reporter With Hugs

Now here’s a case of good sportsmanship.

Dom Tiberi covers Ohio State University sports for WBNS in Columbus, Ohio. His daughter, who was an OSU student, died in a car crash about two weeks ago.

This past weekend, Tiberi was back on the OSU beat, covering the Buckeyes football game against the University of Wisconsin when every player on the team gave him a hug after the victory. It was a touching moment, for sure.

There are a lot of hugs, which will hopefully will lead to some healing for Tiberi as he tries to move on knowing an entire community is thinking about him.
