A Pakistani man residing in New Jersey is entangled in a million dollar scam for distributing fake male enhancement pills.

According to a US Department of Justice press release, the man was arrested for trafficking counterfeit "all natural" erectile dysfunction supplements like ExtenZe, Libigrow, and others but were actually Chinese knock-offs filled with ingredients from Cialis and Viagra.

The press release said that the man had sold the pills in New Jersey and New York to individuals and undercover cops and Feds say he was wired more than a million dollars for his earnings in China.
