We have all been guilty of taking an extra pen or note pad from work but one man took it to a new level by stealing almost $400k in office supplies.

The man was identified as Adrian Rodriguez, 39, formerly of the New York City law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and was indicted for taking $376,000 of  office supplies that he was in charge of ordering for the firm.

Rodriguez alledgedly ordered extra stuff that was more high end on the office supplies spectrum, like toner cartridges, so he could sell them to others at a discount price.

Black market office supplies, guess it takes all kinds.
