The makers of a penis measuring app have settled out of court with music legend Chubby Checker.

According to NME.com, last year Chubby Checker, most famous for his song "The Twist," sued the makers of a mobile app called "The Chubby Checker," which measures the size of a man's penis based on his shoe size.

He was asking for $500 million in damages.

He has settled with the makers of the app out of court, but the terms were not disclosed.  The app has not been available for download since the filing of the lawsuit.

But it is not likely that Chubby Checker got anywhere near the $500 million he was asking for, because the app only sold a total of 84 downloads in the past 2 years at 99 cents each.  That makes it a $83.16 business over a two year period.
