George Romero Blames ‘Walking Dead’ for Trouble Funding Zombie Films

The zombie genre wouldn’t exist without Dawn of the Dead creator George Romero laying post-apocalyptic track, so leave it to those darn spiritual descendants to muck it all up. Romero claims his Road of the Dead has had a difficult … uh, path, given the ubiquity of The Walking Dead these days.

Unearthed Vintage Stan Lee Interview Reveals Marvel Trolled DC Back in the ‘70s

The Hollywood Reporter recently unearthed a vintage interview with comics giant Stan Lee from back in 1977, and on the occasion of Spider-Man: Homecoming’s release, they’ve decided to share some of its contents with the public. While some may find its significance confounding, Spielberg fans recognized the clip straightaway.

Jackson hasn’t appeared in the MCU since Avengers: Age of Ultron back in 2015 — which wasn’t all that long ago in real-time, but with Marvel releasing two new superhero films every year, it feels like it’s been an eternity since the last time we saw Nick Fury on the big screen. That’s going to change relatively soon, as Jackson is set to appear in both Infinity War and its follow-up, and according to a new rumor, he may also have a part in another highly-anticipated MCU film.
