Japanese sensations Babymetal, or least virtual representations of them, are going to be part of the video game Super Mario Maker for the Nintendo Wii U console.

Beginning April 28, a downloadable Mystery Mushroom costume featuring Su-metal, Yuimetal and Moametal will be available in Japan. No word on if and when the rest of the world will have access to it. As you can see in the video above, once Mario grabs the correct mushroom, he changes into Babymetal, whose voices you will hear when they jump from platform to platform.

In addition to appearing in video games, Babymetal are touring in support of their recently released album Metal Resistance. Earlier this month they made their first U.S. television appearance, playing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Babymetal are returning to the U.S. for a few concerts beginning May 7 in Philadelphia. They'll be back in July for a gig in Los Angeles on the 7, and will be performing at the Alternative Press Music Awards in Columbus, Ohio on July 18 along with Papa Roach, Good Charlotte, Yellowcard, Beartooth and more.
