Since AC/DC lifted their ban on having their catalog offered on iTunes, Billboard.com is reporting first week sales of AC/DC's catalog is impressive with 48,000 albums sold and 696,000 songs downloaded in the U.S. alone, according to Neisen SoundScan.  The top selling album by AC/DC was 1980's Back in Black followed by 1979's Highway to Hell along with their newly released live set Live at River Plate.  Top selling song with 85,000 downloads was "Thunderstruck" followed by "Back in Black" at 68,000, "You Shook Me All Night Long" at 64,000, "Highway to Hell" at 50,000, and "TNT" at 40,000 downloads.  Neilsen Soundscan also reported that a total of 14 songs from AC/DC sold a minimum of 10,000 downloads each which led them to take over the top 12 positions on the Hard Rock Digital Songs chart with individual tracks from their catalog.
