A Must Watch DVD, Sound City [VIDEO]

I recently watched the documentary Sound City by Dave Grohl. It was a pretty awesome flick about the legendary recording studio Sound City in Van Nuys, California.

Many, many amazing artists have recorded like Fleetwood Mac, Johnny Cash, Nirvana, Metallica, Neil Young, Rage Against The Machine & Slipknot just to name a few.

Not only did it tell the story of the Sound City studio, it shows how music was made before computers & pro tools. Back when it was just a couple of talented bros  jamming out and making music the old fashioned way.

Pick it up at your local Hastings for $15.00. There's also an awesome soundtrack they made for the movie with some awesome collaborations with the artists in the movie. It's definitely worth a watch.
