A Man Gets Evicted Because His Sex Swing is Too Squeaky

When you get evicted from an apartment, it will come back to bite you in the future, but just imagine what this guy will go through.

According to The Guardian, an unidentified man in Munich, Germany was evicted from his apartment because he had installed a sex swing in his place, but it was really squeaky and loud.

His neighbors kept complaining about, "sexual, athletic, and squeaking noises" coming from his apartment all through the night.

That violated the apartment's rental agreement, which required all tenants to be quiet after 10:00 P.M. and when the guy wouldn't uninstall his swing, his landlord evicted him.

It actually happened back in 2012, but just came out in court last week because the guy was contesting the eviction.  The court sided with the landlord though, and said she was within her rights to boot him.
