Hard to believe it has been 17 years already since the first Ragin' Cajun event was held.  But this weekend the hangar at the Commemorative Air Force Museum will be filled with crawfish, shrimp, crab legs, and music, all to benefit Special Olympics.

Also on the schedule will be a live and silent auction going on with unique items in the silent auction ranging from a guitar signed by Foreigner, to 4 tickets to a Texas Rangers game in Arlington.

The Commemorative Air Force Hangar is located at 9600 Wright Drive at the Midland International Airport and the event begins at 4:00 this Saturday, May 17th.

Tickets will be $40 per person in advance, and $45 at the door with proceeds going to Special Olympics Texas.

To purchase tickets you can find them on the Ragin' Cajun website.

Come out and help out a good cause.
